"They ripped us off. We let them rent out our house. They overcharged us for things they did not do. We filed with Better Business Bureau who ruled in our favor and they had to pay us back some of the fees. BEWARE. Do NOT use them."

"They do not have very many properties. I spoke with a lady and was going to fill out an application for a home the next day. When I called her she told me the house was rented that day and the lady was moving into it the next day. That was a lie. No one ever moved in!!"

"Owners are misleading, properties are dangerous, and their responses to complaints on google reviews are not helpful nor diplomatic towards fixing issues however instead are sarcastic and dehumanizing. Definitely a rental company who takes advantage of the less fortunate and people of color. UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNERS COMMENT: Since renting through this company I have married and changed my last name. Thank you for my proving my point that you also look up the names of google reviewers in your system to slander them and leak personal information online. Very sad that a business that people rely on for one of the most important aspects of their lives stoops to such deplorable tactics."

"I have lived in the grungiest of college town apartments in the shadiest of slums on the wrong sides of all tracks and NEVER have I lived in such a poorly managed property. Florida tenements have better staff and owners than these obscenely feckless swine. Dilapidated, abandoned military barracks offer better shelter. The management here is incompetent and wretched to a degree that should be EMBARASSING, but I doubt they're capable of it in their shameless, mouth breathing ineptitude. Nearly criminally neglectful, overpriced, demanding, hateful, insipid- this business (if you can call it that) has it all. The only reason to give these menaces any airtime would be to recommend them to someone you hate. If they closed down it would be a kindness to the whole panhandle, let alone the state of Texas. Edit with regards to their response: Nice try, slumlords. I'm sure it's driving you nuts trying to figure out who I am so you can illegally retaliate in some way. Do better. Karma will do what she needs to, all I need to do is tell the truth, even of you try to review-bomb your way to burying what I've revealed about you and your 'business' practices."

"I would never recommend this agency to my worst enemy. They are scam artist and do not provide all of their tenants with a safe and healthy living environment. I paid a deposit and first months rent only to be placed in a home with fleas and mold with my 6 month old child. The owner himself wouldn't even stay in that filthy property let alone let his children, or grandchildren stay there. They are also very rude and the owner seems to be a racist. PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY AND DO NOT RENT! It is also very safe to know the law when dealing with these people or they will try to get over on you!"
