"DO NOT arrive earlier than 40-30mins for appointment. The front check in is fine, friendly and helpful. The shipping/receiving is a little different. (Dry van.) When doing an unload and load sometimes they allow you to stay in the same dock, sometimes not, not a big deal to me though either way. They apparently are greatly annoyed when you try to tell them you’re doing both. The old man in the office is rude but whatever. Outside of that it’s fine. Sometimes really slow sometimes super fast. For loading they’ll make you lower landing gear and remove red air line."

"Horrible company to work for, you have to be forklift certified only to be paid $14 a hour in a hot warehouse. It's February 5th ,2024 and still no sign of a W2 which is pathetic when I've received my other w2 in the middle of January... Do not waste you time at this place. Wish I could leave 0 stars."

"The check in at the gate is fine. The people there are friendly and helpful. The problem is when you get sent back to the docks 10-15, the courtesies stop there. I went in to pick up a load of Chep pallets and the shipping office did absolutely nothing to help me get loaded. I sat there for 3 hours without any instructions to do anything and nothing happened! My dispatcher even called the broker for this load and still nothing happened! I go into the shipping office to tell them I'm pulling the trailer off of the door and they seem still not to care while sitting there doing nothing ! It's their problem to figure out - I don't know but will try not to go back there if I can help it."

"Load is by appointment time only, maybe 15 to 30 min early check in. Customer is an hour drive away from Baton Rouge in morning traffic. 3 Stars because of location, no parking, and JIT check in which is always unacceptable. Gate and shipping staff are friendly. Actual loading was quick. Less than an hour in dock including time spent sorting out why the broker, Coyote, tried to double book the load."

"Don't check in within 30 min of appt. If you get in Docks between 60 and 82 it can get challenging to get in the dock there's limited space, it blows my mind that they rather have grass than upgrading their lots"
