"We were told that the equipment order would be processed in 5-7 business days; it was more like 14-21. We also had to constantly call them for any updates on the order. The only time someone called was to set up a delivery appointment. I was told it would be delivered on the day on the appointment and that I would receive a call when the delivery person was 30 minutes from my house. They never showed up, I never got a call. Now, three weeks later, the delivery can shows up without calling me in advance. Luckily I was home to receive the delivery, otherwise I don't think we would have ever seen this piece of equipment. Long story short, if you can buy an inexpensive version of the piece of equipment, just go buy it."

"Update: Customer service for a problem was the worst thing I've ever dealt with. I had to berate the CSR in another country before a supervisor finally got on the line. They sent all the wrong supplies and then wanted me to pay for them twice! I cancelled all my orders all day will never deal with them again. I'll go back to ordering online and reducing this down to 2 stars. And that's only because it was easy to set up to start. If you never have a problem with your order, maybe this will be great for you First review: Placing an order was super easy, got the doctor to fax over prescription for supplies & they contacted me within 3 days to set everything up to ship to my home. Much better than driving all over town picking up supplies I need. I was hesitant to use because of bad reviews regarding returns and the call center staff. However, I am pleasantly surprised at how friendly and personable the staff is at the trach-care desk. After literally every local company turning me down with the excuse that they do not carry trachestomy supplies because they can't make money on it, I was at my wits end. I should have called Apria first. This was the easiest order I've ever had."
