"They are all about money they go up on the rent every year and they force you to sign your new lease months in advance or they will kick you out. Do not move there it’s really ghetto. I had mail stolen from my mailbox and someone has been going around breaking into cars for years apparently and no one cares . Not to mention there’s like 100 rules and they just add more rules when they feel like it YOU’VE BEEN WARNED"
