"Just got a call saying I was months behind on a debt I knew nothing about. The lady on the phone was so rude that I dont want to work with her on a bill for $177. I told her that I haven't recieved anything in the mail and she blatantly told me that there's no way i haven't seen it. What? She called me a liar after I said I would work with her. That ticked me off. Rrc if you want people to pay you.. find another collection agency. I see i am not the only person this happened to. This is a disgusting way to treat people who are trying their best to work with you. I dont like getting threats about legal action for a bill I just learned about. And when you offer to work with them.. they say "we cant hold it for you". What?"
"If I could give ZERO stars then I would. I can see this has happened to a lot of people. I don’t ever recall seeing or going to a Red River Consultants. I have NEVER gotten a phone call, mail or anything from them, but yet I have an outstanding debt that they sent to a collections agency. Mhm. After reading all the comments it seems that this happens often and it’s gross. Steer clear of them if you can!"
"Just checked my credit karma and saw there was a derogatory account on my credit history, I try my best to cultivate my credit score and make sure to keep my score in the best condition I can since our scores pretty much determine your ability to get whatever you want on good graces. I look into the account and it has directed me to googling this company that looks like it should receive 0 stars. Based off the other reviews the same thing has happened to many others. No calls, no mail, no correspondences whatsoever that inform me of some bill I should have owed? Disputing this mark harming my credit score."
"I received my bill in April, I have been paying the minimum monthly amount from that first billing but today I received a automated phone call they have reached out to me multiple times to pay my bill or else be sent to collection. Confused because this was the first time I have received a phone call, I called them back immediately but of course the office was closed at 4 and I received my phone call a few minutes before 4. I do not understand how I am paying the minimum amount, $25 which is what is says on their website, but to be called and threatened to be sent to collections. This is horrible customer service. I will be calling back on Monday. But I find it odd that you are allowed to pay ONLINE with the minimum amount stated on THEIR website but to be threatened with collection. Some of us have lots of medical bills and health problems and do our absolute best at paying the minimum every month without fail and then to have this kind of threats just adds to our stress. Hope nobody in their office has to be faced with some that the rest of are faced with. Maybe if the did, they would have some compassion to the rest of us who do pay our bills on time."
"My car was totaled and went through a law suit for 8 months with the insurance company. This could have been paid for if i were notified. I received no calls, no emails, no contact what so ever and a year later i find that I'm in collections through my credit provider. You guys have missed your chance to get paid and now are penalizing me. I have never even heard of your company before today. I had a wonderful attorney by the name Kyle Robinson and he a his team were able to make everyone happy that was involved in My case. I could not see them missing a bill only from this company. I need this resolved immediately. Problem was solved within 2 hours of this business being open after this review was posted. A very respectable lady called and informed me that they had in fact done there job. Kimberly even went as far as contacting the collection agency and resolved the problem with them. Thank you again!"
