"They took our dishwasher, and they haven't fixed our leaking ceiling, and they still try to raise the rent."

"The office is no longer on the premises. I have to use the office for this location at Amber Park in Port Arthur to pay my rent. They never answer the phone and will not call back anymore. I believe the old owners were a bit better about a lot of things. My biggest issue right now is, there are no security lights or lights outside at all in the front and back of every apartment. My disabled mother lives with me temporarily, and always has trouble getting up and down the stairs when the sun sets. Also, any guests or delivery services that come to my apartment, have a lot of trouble finding my apartment. Some people even have almost fallen including myself. Please someone fix this very important issue. This is just a lawsuit waiting to happen. Other than no lights anywhere, and the office and maintenance being pretty much non existent, this really isn't a bad place to live. I never have any complaints about myself and I have never witnessed any bad activity going on. It is decent here. I just wish they would step up to please fix the lights outside, answer the office phone, and many many other things. I do reccomend people to stay here if they'd like it isn't too expensive, and the managers seem like okay people. It is in a good location. I just really need these lights outside to be fixed ASAP before it turns into something that could be tragic. Not only myself has complained about this. People are truly afraid for their safety walking around in the dark, I am always having to flag people down with a flashlight so the can see their way up and down. I know this is a long review, but this issue really needs to be taken care of very soon. Please do better Axis Manor!! Thanks for reading. -Ashley A."

"They open an electric account for another person for 25 days without my concent do they basically used my ss and information. They are unprofessional screaming and arguing when I tried to clear the leav of my apartment."

"We moved in. Had to clean everything. Mold , ceiling fell in with water leak never fixed. Manager mary harassed my family every mth threats to evict us no reason. Bed bugs we lost all our furnitute they refused to spray so we had too. Our stove had 1 burner that worked in the yr we were there oven never worked..They fix nothing and are always coming in your place. Its a disgrace. Mary needs to be removed. She is very rasist unless your mexican. And we were told she steals money from them. The entire place needs overhaul."

"Complete joke. Raised the rent due to the complete renovation after the storm but I think my definition is different from the mgnt. Inside the move-in ready apt we found out it was definitely not livable. The broken refrigerator is still where we left it when my mother moved out after the storm. Dishwasher was left in the living room. Mold on the ceiling. Dirty air filter that isn't the correct size. Broken tile on the floor, no sink in the kitchen or bathroom, no outlet covers or blinds. They couldnt even be bothered to dust the light fixtures."
