"They have no trouble doing noisy maintenance on a Saturday morning yet they can't take the 2 seconds and unlock the laundry room. This is the third time I tried to do my laundry on a weekend and no one bothered to unlock the laundry room. I can't do it on a week day because I have to work. If they are not going to abide by their own schedule of when they open and close it then why can't they just leave unlocked all the time. It makes no sense to even look it in the first place."
"This is the worst apartments to live in all of Lake Charles. The management is rude and a liar, and misinforms you about fees and false service. The water was shut off for multiple days and the toilets back up spilling sewage all over the room and carpet. Not to mention, they raised the prices on the rentals in middle of rental agreement. The manager Lenise, charged me a cleaning fee when I moved out during sewage backing up in my apartment. Do not waste your time the mold and issues present with this disastrous apartment complex is beyond unreasonable"
