Gladefield Garden Apartments 2100 Wise Street, Bridge City, TX 77611

"I lived here my full lease agreement which was originally signed with the previous owners, and the new owners promised to uphold the lease agreement and have me sign a new one when it was up. They claimed I lied about my dogs being on the lease agreement and said I would have to pay more fees/deposit for them to stay when I’d already paid for both dogs to be there (but if I didn’t pay their lease terms deposit or fees I’d be in violation and would have to 1 get rid of them or 2 get evicted). Eventually I showed them my lease agreement (I made copies) and they took it to the legal department who told them they had no option but to uphold the lease agreement I originally signed. That’s not the only issue I had with the original owners they weren’t the best but the manager did manage to work with us a lot on repairs and new appliances. The new managers took more than a month to repair the AC, the roach infestation we had gotten from the apartment below us, the mold that was on our ceiling in the bathroom. Our ac leaked through a pvc pipe into our shower and caused disgusting stains I had to scrub out every day. I made several reports online and talked personally to the maintenance guy Derek about what we could do to help fix these issues in the apartment, it took months to even see them “try” to knock on my door just for them to get busy with something else and leave. The old manager Victoria’s son came into my house after banging down my door while I was in the shower and refused to apologize. He was there for “maintenance” repairs and said he had knocked repeatedly. His mother had to apologize for him. My sister currently still lives there and says nothings changed, she has children who have to live in a flea infested apartment when they’ve never owned pets. Repairs never get done still shes begged multiple times. 1/10 do not recommend. Stay AWAY. Not to mention the manager commenting on these reviews in such an unprofessional manner."

"I’ve lived here before but with different owners/management. The new owners and manager have been working really hard to build the place up and make it better. I can say they have done so much work and keep doing great work. These apartments are coming up and have never been better."

"I’m so thankful for the positive changes management has made. Maintenance is always working hard to satisfy everyone including the people he works for. I’ve seen it bloom and become life like. Things take time but that’s all understanding when you have one person trying to manage it all. But he does such a good job being professional and working hard for everyone in the complex. My kids can play, swim, and they are safe. I’m thankful for the management team! Anytime there is an issue it’s handled properly so that everyone can have their peace!"

"I'm currently residing here at Gladefield Gardens and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, friendly, well-kept apartment community here in Bridge City, TX. Our complex is under brand new management & our community is currently in a busy restoration stage. The staff at Gladefield Gardens are friendly, people oriented, accomodating and knowledgeable. My apartment has just been completely remodeled and is just stunning! It is a pet friendly, non smoking, family oriented community filled with children and kind neighbors. I am happy that I decided to call Gladefield Gardens our new home; and look forward to being a part of the community for a long time."
