"More of a warning than a review I suppose. Went to this store for the first time a couple weeks ago. They dont have a normal credit card scanner they have the little white square that plugged into his phone...after using my credit card there later that day and the next day multiple fraudulent charges tried to go onto my card. Credit card company blocked them and issued me a new card. It may be that guy has a virus on his phone grabbing the info but there was no where else I had used that card so I have no doubt it came from that store. If you use your card there monitor it afterwards."

"Ordered a bottle of wine and a six pack via Door Dash. Guy from store calls informing me that I they didn’t have the six pack I wanted. No problem, I ask if Sam Adams was available and was told “10 items is not available.” “So what *is* available?” Shop: *lists down to Modelo* I ask if Modelo Negra is an option, he yells into the phone that he listed what was available and that was that. I tell him Modelo Negra is just a type of Modelo. He says he will go check. The phone was placed on the counter but not on hold and I could hear him and two other voices talking mess about me. This went on for a minute or two before I loudly said “hello” into the phone. Miraculously, I was then placed on hold. Imagine that. I stayed on hold to give him a chance to find the items. Waited about 3 minutes or so before I gave up and cancelled the order."

"Terrible customer service. Not even a hello when I walked in. They didn't have what I was looking for (which was fine as it's new), but the clerk said they stopped carrying it. When I told him it was new and was just released he told me they had it once before but stopped and are now re releasing it. Complete BS. I've worked in liquor and still do and keep up with everything in order to be able to do my job and this guy just blatantly lied to a potential customer. A simple sorry we don't have it would have sufficed but instead he felt the need to lie. When I told him that's not true he tried to continue his bs. They don't know what they are talking about and have no care in keeping up with what's new in their own business none the less."

"I am a stickler for attendance/tardiness. Twice I presented at 10:00am when they open, and I had to wait. The opener drove up around 10:05 and had the door open by 10:10. I was greeted warmly both times after I came in and was able to make my purchase. I just appreciate a store to be open when they advertise they will be."
