"Rent is cheap but a horrible place to live! I repeatedly had to ask for someone to come out and fix something (fire hazard) by the third time of me asking the manager started yelling and called me a liar that the problem has been fixed. When it clearly wasn’t.Not to mention my bedroom door frames were messed up someone came to “fix” them and after the job was done I no longer had bedroom door frames and the doors didn’t close. Don’t get me wrong it does have its benefits but if you need something done around there you might as well do it yourself!"

"This place is awful!!!! Worst place I’ve lived so far, when we moved in it was dirty AF the fridge smelled so bad we had to buy a deep freezer to keep stuff in instead! The bathroom faucet didn’t work and we told them and everything yet did nothing to replace it so we had to replace it ourselves! And they upcharged our rent compared to others when our apartment is just gross! The handle to the tub barley works the pipes in the wall for the bathtub moves bad, let’s see how move out goes, also they have a broken down PT cruiser just sitting in front of our apartment taking up the space we need to park and they know it’s there and won’t do anything about it!"

"Mold growing in my house since moving in. I’ve told them multiple times and after constantly bugging they want to deal with it. I told them the exact spot where it’s at which is at the top of the ceiling, and the maintenance man is just bringing a tool kit. Not ladder , nothing. Not to mention the maintenance men half do their job. Let’s not forget both apartments I was trying for were dirty . Extremely dirty."

"This has to be one of the worst places I have ever lived. I hope this helps anyone who would be interested in moving here, because if that's the case you should re-think that decision, like I wish I had done. When I moved in my apartment was dirty, my hot water barely worked, the water would be BROWN, they take forever to fix something if it's broken, and all the apartments get ants. Neighbors have told me they had similar problems as well. Cops are constantly in these apartment complex as well, always something going on. When I moved out, the management lady, Tammy, charged my whole 300$ security saying the apartment needed a clean up, which I left the apartment cleaner than from when I got it. Also, she said my kitchen faucet was missing when she inspected my apartment after I left. Why would I take the kitchen faucet?? This is not a place anyone should ever want to live! She scams people and the apartments are so called blacklisted as well. Please don't make the same mistake I did."

"The apartment manager Tammy was really nice and easy to deal with. Other than that it was the worst place I've lived in. The apartment was dirty when I moved in, but maintenance was quick initially about fixing little things. Later on it took a month to get a faucet replaced. I never had any personal issues with the neighbors, but there was litter and trash everywhere. The management would clean up the trash pit, but it's on residents as decent human beings to throw things into the dumpster. Only other issue was that when they mowed they would blow grass all over your front porch and car. I can't complain about the water because you can't drink it around there anyway."
