"These apartments should be shut down owner refuses to handle legal contract accordingly due to her own maintenance issues. Providing misinformation to try an cause conflict between property owners. Needs to be investigated mold. Ceilings not up to code random opens throughout the underlining of the walls. I highly recommend you not move here if it's not a last option."

"Landlord is a cheap slumlord. Doesn't keep up with the property or the apartments. I've never in my life had SO many unfixed issues in a rent space. Came home on a freezing evening to find NO WATER RUNNING IN MY APARTMENT. THE OFFICE IS CLOSED N CANT GET AHOLD OF THE LANDLORD, DANIELLE FERNANDEZ. WHAT IS WRONG HERE? TOTALLY UNHAPPY N UNSATISFIED. UGH!!!"
