"Just like every place around Morgan City. This place is a joke. Went to the ER last Sunday for chest pains. They told me it was gas and muscle pain. (This is after already being diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension and two leaky valves in my heart. I'm only 31) So they give me meds that I take for about a week with no relief so I go to Houma and their care was out of this world. Later that night after coming back from Houma, I got a super bad sharp pain in my chest that about knocked me out. So I brought myself back to Morgan City. (Only because of how close they are) They tell me Houma already ran a bunch of test that they don't diagnose they only rule out. In which they preceded to let me stay curled up on a bed hooked up to machines for them to unplug them to let me use the bathroom and never plugged them back in so they wasn't monitoring anything not even blood pressure. The doctor order a chest x ray portable bedside. And ran a drug test and left me alone for almost 4 hours. Just to come in and say my pee was clean and let me go. I will never go, bring my kids or family to this hospital. They treat you like you are up to no good. Thank God Dr Solets office took me in so quick the next day. This place deserves 0 stars."

"Attended ER on Friday for colles fracture. I was admitted quickly into a room and received the best medical care possible. Dr. Perry Mitchell had a genuine caring attitude. He communicated my medical problem clearly and demonstrated a high intelligence for medical knowledge. The nursing, radiologist, and other medical staff was equally professional with the same sympathetic manner."

"i bought my 6 year old son in because he hasn’t ate or drank in almost a week because he was so sick with the flu, the NP was horrible my son was obviously dehydrated & he also had a high fever & didn’t urinate in a day or 2, she checked his mouth & said he wasn’t dehydrated so she said no fluids were needed when i know he was all she wanted to give him was tylenol & juice which i just gave him tylenol before i went there. so i walked out bought him to his doctor the next day & he was dehydrated & was given fluids & ever since then he perked up & is feeling a lot better now! don’t recommend her to anyone!"

"I got a colonoscopy,they truly try to put themselves in your place . I was treated like a loved one. I'm so blessed to have a quality and caring group so close to home. Hopefully they come back with good news about what was removed. You're in good hands here, they care about you."

"My four year old granddaughter fell and had a large gash on her forehead which was bleeding profusely. I was a mess,my granddaughter was screaming. All the nurses from triage until we went to a room were fantastic and very accommodating. They calmed me and my granddaughter down. The doctor on staff was amazing and very patient with my granddaughter. He stitched her gash and made sure I had all instructions on how to care for it. I am very satisfied with the treatment we received and I want to thank everyone on staff that day for taking such great care of my granddaughter. God Bless."
