"These people are terrible my family and i was discriminated against by Rhodes Property and Natchitoches Housing Authority knows im disabled i was pregnant with seven kids. We reported to Natchitoches Housing Authority that we was getting harass by the owners of Rhodes Property they're mad my family and i reported them for fraud. Rhodes Property kept harassing us about the lawn which wasn't in the lease and wasn't that high. Kept sending notices to move out we told Natchitoches Housing Authority they done nothing. We went to court the judge let us finish our lease and told them they didn't have enough evidence and it cant be hear say . Rhodes Property asked for 4000 for bathroom toilets we said no because they didn't fix anything and the the toilets were just needing to be clean because they were broke leaking making us having to pay a water bill of 1000 dollars coming to a small hearing with Rhodes Property and Natchitoches Housing Authority and us. Rhodes Property asked again for 4000 dollars but this time for the whole house Natchitoches Housing Authority listened to everything Rhodes Property had to say and looked at everything they had to show but when it came to us looked at one video but not the whole video kept cutting us off and made the choice to terminate our section 8 with eight kids when they paid Rhodes Property 750 after we moved out and Rhodes Property told them that they missed up the house because they didn't like how uneven the dry wall was put on by a disabled person when they didn't fix anything before we moved in and Natchitoches Housing Authority knew that they dont go by Housing Authority actually rules Natchitoches Louisiana does what they want. My family and i are currently homeless."

"The workers are very professional and helpful. They are very concerned and does whatever it takes to assist you in anyway possible. Mrs.LaCour is an awesome case worker. She's very prompt at returning calls and if there's something she's not sure of she will find out the answer and get back to you asap. I feel very at ease when I need to contact her and don't feel like I'm a bother. She makes me feel very comfortable and no question is silly to her. She's definitely a great asset to the Company."
