"This place is disgusting and doesn’t care about its residents at all!!! They are finally putting lights up after the fact that someone was murdered. The inside of the apartments are no better. The heat and air hardly never works, nor does the washing machines, or dishwashers. The floors are also weak and leak water. PLEADE DO NOT ALLOW YOUR KIDS TO STAY HERE!"

"My fiancé stays in this complex and I’ve visited him an abundance of times, all to say this, he’s now trying to break his lease and get refunded for two months since he’s moving out. Now, he hasn’t complained about the black mold that’s been in his room which has made him very sick, nor the black mold that climbs his walls, along with the water damage in his ceilings. About two weeks ago, there was a terrible homicide right across from his apartment, his literal neighbor, and this was his final straw to leave. Now that he’s stepping up and asking for help, they’re trying to move him to a different apartment, however that’s not an option anymore. The Quads allow criminals to stay here around college students. DO NOT send your children to this complex, no telling who their roommate will be."

"This place is terrible. Mold, ground floor apartment had water coming in while it’s raining. Filthy when we moved in. NOTHING like the model apartment. Told my daughter she had to move apartments with 24 hour verbal notice, violating their own lease agreement. Kept trying to charge her for insurance that we had already provided to them. Roommate smoked pot in the apartment and had some random guy coming over and doing laundry. The new apartment didn’t have AC. The other girl living there had her friend staying in her room and her younger brother sleeping on the couch. Neither of them on the lease. Loud music at night. The fridge in the new apartment was so nasty. We had to go buy a fridge for her room. I was so glad she wanted to move back home. Please dont house your child here."

"A little update to this horrific place. I guess it should be shame on me but we could not find any other place to rent in Natchitoches so that my daughter could finish her degree. Not only have they not maintained the apartment. We have been complaining about the dishwasher literally for a year then the sink started to back up and flood so they had to start washing their dishes in the bathtub. Mold is growing everywhere. Her roommates bathroom has flooded so many times that there is rings around her laundry hamper. I am so fed up but have been left with no options. We tried desperately this summer to find another place for them to live. The Quad management is the most irresponsible neglectful group. They do not care about the safety and comfort of the tenants living there. I used to could find what management group owned the property but I guess they hide that information now. By the way--emergency number still does not work. Under no circumstance let your son or daughter move into this complex. The last straw is when the "emergency" maintenance number will not even answer and they have no heat during this deep freeze. Their apartment is already in the 50's. This is just in a long line of issues we have had the entire year they have live here.."
