"Employees always put up signs saying that they will be back in 15 minutes I waited for 20 minutes so I honked my horn and then the clerk came to the window and was very rude to me and said I saw you you don’t have to blow your horn I will never do business with them again and I hope that other customers do the same when you get treated like that and they have not opened the door for you to come in since covied"
"I would give this place a negative star if I could. This place had certainly went down hill. They refused to take my husband change when he was on his bicycle in the rain because they didn't have the door open. His cigs only cost 3.92. he had a dollar, 8 quarters and the rest in nickel dimes and pennies. So yes he got upset and asked if they could not count. So he said he would go get dollars and they banned him from the store. I called the district manager. Their excuse is that if the drawer is full of change they can't accept anymore??????. Another excuse had been it holds up the line?????. If I would have refused money where I used to work I would have been fired. Can't run a business like this"
"6/23/22. Opens @7:00am, if the employee gets to work on time or Only if she feels like it. Rude. For sure. I did get there at store opening time but she was mad and didn’t want to face me after cussing me as she entered the parking lot. Came out front door to tell me it would be an hour wait. This place probably won’t last in business much longer because of her disrespectful attitude towards their customers. It will be a shame. I come back @ 8:25am. Still not open and a sign at drive thru stating back in 15 minutes."
"Everyone here is great except the tall dark haired girl in the afternoons. Her customer service skills are the worst. She almost always has the " Be right back" sign on the drive thru window and you have to wait. I've even left before without service only to see her sitting in a car with someone in the back. Today I was waiting and cars started to line up behind me. I tooted my horn once and she refused to sell to me because I honked. May have just lost all my business."
