"Recommend avoiding Tanyard Creek. I attempted to take a tour there today and was treated rudely and dismissed. I was treat like an inconvenience while looking for housing before I start at Tech. Agent couldn't wait to be rid of me and they didn't have a model to show which is very suspicious when trying to rent an apartment. There are a lot more communities out there I am visiting that had no problem showing me around and working to earn my lease. I will never refer anyone to this community."
"Tanyard Creek is a nice gated community with students in mind. The houses here are well built and it feels like you’re home. Along with that the owners and property manager are super nice going out of their way to fix any issues."
