"Just recently moved my daughter in here so she hasn’t had a chance to “live” there for a while to see what goes on. I will adjust the review accordingly. I was relieved to find cameras on the premises. I also spoke with the attendant that stays on the grounds and he assured me that it was a quiet place to stay. No troubles. The couple of tenants that I ran into were friendly enough. This is a pet friendly complex. It has 2 assigned spots per unit and then there are several visitor spots to park at. I will be traveling back here in a few weeks to check on things and also haul a couple more things up. There is a dumpster for your bagged trash and a mailbox for your mail. Jeannie is friendly and very helpful. There is an orange cat that my daughter calls “Kit Kat”. Not sure if everyone calls him that. He is a big sweetheart and it seems everyone tends to him. Be kind. Update 6/19/23. Just left from there and everything is good. No problems with other young residents. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. No complaints from my daughter so far. Update 1/9/24 Everything is still going smoothly. Everyone seems to be chill and minds their own business. Haven’t had any complaints by my daughter and her roommate. I wanted to add that when she moved in last June, the apartment was very clean. We cleaned it regardless, because that’s what mommas do, but it was honestly a very clean apartment front he get go."
"Overall this is a great place to live and I would totally recommend it. Pros: - Great quality of apartment for the price you pay - Not to far from school as long as your driving - In walking distance of ΚΣ house Cons: - Landlord's annoying sometimes - Very limited parking during school year - They brag about their new landlord."
