"Never ever in my life will I apply at this complex or and complexes managed by Fairfield property , this was the worst experience I’ve ever in my 30 years had when it came to getting an apartment I never been denied a apartment and neither have I had any issues in the past with proof of income I have a legit job that could have been easily called and verified that’s why they have Human Resources and payroll for but for certain people they use this they use a 3rd party company stuff to verify documents I had legit documents downloaded via pdf had everything needed on there including my job name number they even have stamps on they check stubs they ask where you work cause they know that they are going to use this we can’t verify your income stuff against you instead of judging people actually look into they background and find out more information and stop playing the blame game and wanting to prove somebody that makes more than enough to pay for an apartment here wrong when they are right"

"I’ve lived at Sommerset for almost 4 years and absolutely love living there! The office manager, Robin, is fantastic! The staff has always been super friendly and they stay on top of any minor or major issue (I’ve only had a couple of minor ones which they immediately took care of). I feel 100% safe, neighbors are wonderful, and I couldn’t recommend a better place to call home."
