"I was shopping for an experience urologist after mine retired. Dr. Rutland was polite and professional. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in detail. He took time and I didn’t feel rushed. He seen me in a short and timely manner and his nurse and staff made me feel important and welcomed. I would highly recommend Dr. Rutland and his staff if you’re looking for a professional medical doctor."

"Called 2-3 months ago asking for medical records to be sent. Supposedly they made the request as soon as i asked for it. Called today only to find out there is NO record i ever made the request in their system and they don’t take verbal requests for medical records. So now I’m unable to schedule specialist visits where i relocated to because of this clinics terrible customer service. Only 2 stars because the clinic staff when i did visit was friendly, but their treatment plan didn’t work and now terrible customer service."

"Dr Rutland needs to loose his license. He is unprofessional and humiliated me during a visit. It was indicated that I had bladder cancer and he just made an appt for 7 months later. He is so lucky it turned out as no cancer or I would have sued him for everything. And I have documents."

"The staff member who set up the procedure for the doctor greeted me very positively and anticipating that I might be a little nervous about what was to happen. She was very kind and reassuring and spoke to me almost continuously while setting it all up. The doctor came in, hardly made eye contact, told me that the ct scan that had been done earlier showed no problems, and performed the procedure while I tried to watch the screen. Everything was in constant motion until he paused briefly to point out that I had an enlarged prostate and asked if I got up frequently during the night to urinate. I told him that I did. He offered no suggestions to help me with that, completed the procedure, told me everything looked good and I thanked him. He left the room immediately. It is absolutely not an exaggeration to say that he was in the room less than two minutes and closer to one. I don’t think I would recognize him if I saw him again. I’ve seen a urologist only one other time and that was almost 20 years ago. It was good news to learn that I have no serious urology related health issues but I would really have appreciated some help from him concerning my prostate problem."
