"Unprofessional, racial profiling, manipulators and liars. They ran my credit report after I told them not too. Megan is an horrible assistant manager and the lady over her is setting a bad example for her. They both needs to be fired"

"If I could give this apartment complex a negative rating I would !! I would not recommend ANYBODY to move here. The property managers are rude and unprofessional!!! You will not get any of your maintenance request completed in a timely manner! The apartment complex is always nasty and full of trash. They find any reason to give out lease violations and if you move out expect something to have some sort of fee. The property was much better before Wilhot Property took over. Please keep looking elsewhere before considering timber village. As you can see they are running specials every month because they are running their tenants away."

"The apartment itself is nice...The grounds, not so much. Neighbors are super noisy with slamming doors and banging on walls and nothing has been done about it. The office wants "proof" that I don't know how to get. I'll probably move as soon as I can."

"What an amazing experience with the front desk receptionist as well as the staff being friendly and helpful along with the upkeep of the apartment units from inside to outside was such a great service and welcoming quiet atmosphere for those with children. All good reason to choose the Timber Village or Timber Village ll for your next choice of living with your family and friends."

"The apartments are really nice and the staff is very friendly. The only complaint I have is that the maintenance requests take a very long time to get met (as in 6-8 weeks, and that's if you remind them). Other than that, the apartments are nice and big. A 2 bedroom comes with 2 bathrooms, a large balcony, and 959-961 square feet. Most of the neighbors are friendly, but some are really nasty and leave their trash out in the parking lot. If you want a nice, big apartment out of the hub of town, and are okay with some minor inconveniences (such as maintenance requests & some nasty neighbors), then Timber Village or Timber Village II is a good place to call home. I give it 3.5 stars."
