"They don’t like to fix anything over here. The maintenance man do what he want,when he wants. They never fix anything over where. The air been out going on two weeks and the office managers tell me to get fans. I went and got fans and it’s still 85 to 90 degrees in this apartment. I been call and going around there everyday and no comes to fix the air. But will send me a late fee notice about the rent. I wouldn’t advise no one to move over here."

"i moved into this apartment and bid a walk through a week before move in date. every issue i addressed than were still not completed at my move in i piled everything on the floor in the living room because i had to get the rental truck back. ot is now going on 2 months and most of the issues are still not addressed. when i talked with Andmark property manager i was told to be patient. then a month later i finally had a face to face with a Andmark regional manager. and told me that if it was not up to my liking why did i move in. then she went on to tell me that as long as it is functional it is not their problem."

"I have lived here since April 2018 and have yet to be able to have my air fixed properly. I am constantly calling in to get the air worked on. It may work for a few days, maybe a week before it starts to act up again. Rent costs were raised yet every time I call for assistance with issues within my apartment I have to wait and constantly follow up to get any results whatsoever. The ceiling drips nonstop into the shower. My electric bill for a STUDIO apartment that I am hardly ever in has gone all the way up to around $300 a month due to my air conditioning constantly trying to cool my apartment off and not being able to. It is June 2019 and I have already called in to the office in regards to my air more than 5 times. I hate that I am even bound by lease to the complex until the beginning of next year. I would not recommend this complex to anyone! Some of the staff within the office are polite and try their best to assist with my issues however I cannot say they all are. There have been issues with pests as well. I was rushed into finding somewhere to live when I initially moved in and due to life circumstances I had to renew my lease with them but I would not advise anyone to move here if they can help it. They constantly do “inspections” yet nothing improves."
