Superior Realty 506 West Main Street, Atlanta, TX 75551

"We were contracted by the broker, Penny Brabham, of this realty Superior Realty to perform a junk haul away and a deep cleaning service for this property at 2100 North 9th Street in De Queen, AR which is a bank owned foreclosed property (see attached pictures). The broker now claims that she did not sign the contract, which she most definitely did and they are claiming that we will get the payment from the bank which cannot be true! Why would a bank issue payment to a vendor they do not have a contract with? Additionally, they said payment is 30 days, then 60 days now 90 days and that is most definitely NOT what our contact stipulates. We performed ALL services on this contract and now they refuse to pay. I strongly suspect they may have already received payment from the bank for this work. The broker, Penny Brabham and the agent in her office Trish McCasland now refuse to take or answer calls, voicemails or texts. The quality of our work clearly speaks for itself as evidenced by the before and after pictures below. Please be very leery of working with this realty. If this is how they treat vendors with whom they have a contract, I can only imagine what is going on with folks they are involved with buying and selling houses and other property."
