"Supposed to be handling my case with TWIA for low-balling Imelda, Laura and Delta claims. Crickets. Lousy communication. Finally sent me a stale check from TWIA that can't be cashed or deposited made out 8 months ago and a bill for more than $4000. I'm not going to pay a nickel for a worthless settlement check. They are trying to blame TWIA for the Jan11 2023 date on the check. Giving me the runaround all day today, 9/21/2023. This makes me mad. I have to give my ex wife half after paying the attorney's fees, and the settlement check's no good. These people don't talk to you. I had to go down to the Nederland office and didn't get past the receptionist."
