"I want to tell everyone in the Healthcare system that today my terrified 9 year old was treated like ANY MOTHER WOULD WANT THEIR CHILD TO BE!!!! I WANT TO SAY A HUGE THANK YOU TO HEATHER, KAREN AND THE WONDERFUL LADIES THAT HELPED MY CHILD THROUGH HER PROCEDURE TODAY! THEY WERE VERY PATIENT WITH HER AND US. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING SO MY CHILD AND HER DADDY AND I COULD UNDERSTAND!!!LADIES FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS WE THANK YOU RESPECT AND APPRECIATION YALL! "The ONLY reason I'm giving 2 stars is bc the day shift workers are awesome and helped me out after the most of the night shift nurses completely blew me off to hang out and converse/giggle all night when they could have been actually seeing patients and getting them tf out of there. I'm all about being happy at work especially in their field but I was in a room for 8 hours waiting for my labs and a scan to come back, my IV was inserted in a way that caused me pain the whole time especially when they put medicine in it, I cried and I'm no cry baby. There's more I could add but I'm tired and sick but my advice is don't go at night unless you're literally about to die and can't make it at another time or go to another hospital."
