"This place is the worst place to go to the cashiers are rude to you and they refuse service of any kind when they do shift change I couldn’t buy what I needed and several other people were also refused service because the lazy cashier was not doing anything said she was doing shift change I never heard of a truck stop shutting down every register in the store and this isn’t a one time thing it’s every time you go in there and the parking lot has big holes in it and the fuel pumps are slow I no longer get fuel here because of the rude service and the slow pumps"

"** suspicious clerk *** __ not happy i cant use shower credit because i dont remember pin. Have 4 shower Credits, clerk also see my credit in system, but I'm asked to pay money for shower & ive got 4 shower Credits. __ ive never had this kind problem when i stopped at Amarillo Flagstaff Kingman AM BEST. There they just scanned my membership card & that was it. They didnt ask for pin number. They didnt ask for Date of Birth info. __ perhaps because ive caught clerk made mistake 2wice & missed adding points shower credits after fuel made? clerk was not happy when i pointed out that she missed adding points to my AM BEST membership card & reluctantly added points manually."

"Store owner should retrain employees. Customer service is horrible. I waited for another customer to finish up and when it was my turn i had to patiently wait for the cashier and other co worker to finish thier personal conversation. When she finally acknowledged me i started giving her my mudflap code and then she paused and started up her conversation again leaving me to wait yet again which i said nothing. When she finally addresses me again i asked a question about the truck pumps which her response was the camera is down so we can't see the pumps to tell which one it is. You have to go out side to see. My question was is the first truck pump number 9 or 10. She had no clue. This is your job. Day in day out and you couldnt answer that simple question. She seen i was already annoyed because her lack of customer service and gives me a little attiude. Please understand the reason anyone has a job is because that business has customers. If customers go elsewhere, no job. I definitely wont be stopping here to fuel in the future."
