"I believe Dr Stone is a good doctor. But the office is run so poorly. I tried calling to make an appointment and I never could get through. So I literally had to drive to the office to make an appointment. Nakia the office manager was very helpful in giving me her cell phone number when I can’t get through to the office. Although I appreciated it, an employee should never have to give out her personal phone number to patients. At my appointment, my urine sample was apparently lost because. I can’t get the results from it. It’s been about a month and I have called the office several times for results of my ultrasound and biopsy and still haven’t gotten all the information. No one from the office has answered the phone since I’ve started calling a month ago so I have had to call Nakia’s cell each and every time. Today I asked to speak to Dr Stone since no one can seem to give me conclusive results for anything but I haven’t heard from her and the office is now closed."
"I waited for almost an hour to be seen. The exam took ten minutes and the doctor seemed impatient and overwhelmed because of a staff shortage. Afterwards I was sent back to the waiting room for bloodwork, and after waiting another thirty minutes I asked the front desk how much longer it would be (I had to be back at work) and they said the lab tech was out to lunch, it would be another hour. Over all, not a great experience."
"Dr.Stone is one of the best doctors I’ve had so far. Very listening, very genuine, easy to talk too & she understands. I love Dr.Stone because she’s very informative, any issue or questions I bring she give her very honest opinion on what shouldn’t/should be done next.. Couldn’t imagine another doctor."
"This was my first time meeting her , but first impression is everything. And I think I trust her with my life . Great Doctor!! !! The young lady who weighed me so warming and nice . But that front desk was nice and had an altitude the whole time ."
