"Came in after a molar broke. Paid 135$ just to see a dentist. Waited about an hour for dentist to not really do anything and say she needed more time to discuss with her colleagues how to move forward but that they would call later that day with an answer. 5 days later!! after calling every day to get an answer they told me the entire molar had to be pulled. Went to another dentist (Comfort Smiles) and they said there was absolutely no need for entire tooth to be pulled. Just needed a minor procedure and a filling. If you come to this place I recommend getting a second opinion or avoid them completely. My entire experience felt rushed, a waste of money and time."

"Ever since this location was taken over by Depaul, it has been a disappointment. I loved it before, but now the staff is rude & unfriendly. I went for my annual free cleaning only to be told I was to pay $110 anyway, I walked away. That was a 18 months ago and when I had a tooth infection, I was required to pay over $130 just to get a medication to stop the pain. I left once again, found a better & friendly dentist & paid NOTHING, for a visit & medication. This place is a disgrace."

"The following happened in 2017, but my insurance has bumped me back to this option, so I'm here and sharing. I had neglected my teeth for a while and went to the clinic here to get checked out. After an extremely short examination, they told me I had five cavities. I went to a different (non clinic) dentist for a second opinion. I had no cavities. DePaul was going to drill into FIVE healthy teeth and bill Medicaid for it. I am still horrified. I tell everyone I know to avoid this place."

"Horrible fillings on my front teeth. I can’t even bite down without my bottom teeth hurting. Uneven and bulky just NO! Definitely need this corrected by a professional who really knows what they’re doing! My face still hurts and I wasn’t aloud to feel pain without the dentist getting aggravated. I should’ve canceled when she walked in like she was tired because I was the last patient. Sad because I was looking forward to seeing her because she was so welcoming the last visit. I look like a bunny and they look a mess. I want to take these fillings off!"

"This place have the most terrible service. I have never been to a medical facility that is so unorganized. The Nurse Practitioner see me and tell me two things she was going to do and one of those things included transferring my prescription to the Pharmacist I requested. It did not happen. She had 3 days to do it. So I go back to the office. As if I did not have better things to do and that’s when I find out she did absolutely nothing to my chart. This should be against some type of regulations. After showing my dismay to the support staff. They were rude also. This place is horrible and they have a lot of patients that need their help but they serve no purpose in the community. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! My hope for the sake of the Patients they serve that they do better. They should first start by hiring a better staff that are competent in serving the Patients and the Community. Health Care is just not the same anymore."
