"Great facility and very competent healthcare providers!"
"So I recently changed my doctor about a coupleof months again. My bestie and her son goes to the Harvey location. The DePaul Community Health Center has such a friendly and professional service. Today I had a doctor appointment for 2:15 p.m. Once I walk in I was greeted by the respectnations at the front corner. Maybe a few minutes after I check in Mrs.Que called me to the back to get my appointment started. She took my visuals and just was making me feel welcome. We was have such a an amazing conversation we almost forgot it was a doctor appointment. Mrs.Cobb came into the room with such good energy. She was very knowledgeable with her information about the question that i had about the woman body. My1st time ever meeting both woman and they made me feel like I was apart of the family. I would recommend this doctor office to family and friends. I'm glad I decided to change my doctor. Thanks!!!"
"The first visit I had was good, but I went again today 8/14 and there are very few patients here and literally I've been here over an hour and I'm still waiting to see a doctor, this is unacceptable and I will be looking for health care else where. I had yet Nother appointment with this so called health center, they cancelled my appointment minutes before my appointment, they'll quickly charge you if you don't give them 24 giur notice but they cancel literally minutes before my appointment! This is ridiculous, very unprofessional. DONT GO HERE, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS!"
"I had an appointment scheduled With Nurse Practitioner Bryson Algree-Cobbs for 12:45pm this afternoon. I pulled up to the building at 12:47, then I entered the building. After I signed in, I began to fill out paper work. Shortly after signing in, I was asked to reschedule my appointment. Confused I asked, why? I was told, the "doctor" wants to reschedule because you were late. I said, I was only a couple minutes late. She said, You were 5 minutes late. I said, 5 mins? I got here as quickly as I could. Most facilities have a 15 minute grace period but not here apparently. This was my first appointment at DePaul but its also my last. This lady, Cobbs doesn't know my life. She doesn't know my mental state. She doesn't know what I had to do to get here and she didn't care. She did not want to see me because I was "5 minutes" late. That's just cruel and unusual. Her lack of empathy, care, and concern shows her TRUE character. How are you a care taker/service provider by profession but you are cold and dismissive to new potential clients? This was a gross display of someone with power and a superiority complex. If I were you, I would stay clear of NP Bryson Algree-Cobbs. I would not want her caring for me or any of my loved ones because she clearly does not care at all. You would think a woman that looks like you would have SOME semblance of sympathy and understanding, but some of "Us" allow our occupation, status, and proximity to whiteness give us a false sense of elitism and a God complex. Its a shame, truly."
"Dr. York is a great physician, she been my granddaughter doctor for 10 years. The Pharmacist is awesome, will go the extra mile to help get your prescription fill."
