"I would absolutely recommend Dynamic Physical Therapy to anyone who needs PT! The staff is fantastic and will get you back on your feet (or your shoulders moving, or whatever is ailing you). As a patient, it's very comforting to see other patients talking and laughing with the staff and each other as they work through the exercises. It makes the hour go by fast! I'd never gone to physical therapy before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was grateful that everyone was very patient and helpful in explaining things, from exercises to assessing the injury to providing a recovery plan. I also got home exercises printed out with pictures, which made it easy to remember what I had to keep doing, even outside of PT. If you go around the holidays, there will sometimes be fun events -- keep an eye out for the flyers in the waiting room for those things if you want to schedule your appointment on a Fun Day. Also, when you "graduate" from PT, you also get a shirt, which was an unexpected and nice surprise! Thanks for taking care of me and getting my knee back to working order, everyone!"
