"We used Luscher for two separate evaluations after she had chosen her favorite (the mother) in our case. After our divorce was filed, she abandoned all three of my daughters with me. As time went on, her (ex-wife) physical abuse continued towards my daughters. Even as far as one of them being sent to Children's Hospital in New Orleans and interviewed at the Audrey Hepburn Center. Luscher decided that she had been rehabilitated by one simple parenting class. In the meantime, she twisted the words of counselors, witnesses, police reports, my daughters, and even my own words (that I recorded during our meetings). I have had several people that are close to my ex-wife tell me that she will take a bribe in a heartbeat. Be very aware that this woman is the devil herself. If the judge mandates you to use her, fight hard not to. In Tangipahoa Parish, the crooked judge will require her services. Please, for the sake of your children, stay away from her. My lawsuit is being filed against her. Anyone that would like to join my suit is more than welcome to reach out to me!"

"I agree with an earlier posting that Dr. Luscher is dangerous. She should never have the right or privilege to conduct a custody evaluation since she cannot do so with an open and objective perspective. The recommendation she made in a case involving my son was contrary to the previous rulings of 2 judges, 1 custody evaluator, and 1 pediatrician. My view is she fails to make a recommendation based on the "best interest of the child" but decides based on the parent she prefers."

"This woman is DANGEROUS, indeed! Prior to seeing her with my children, which was only ONCE and for less than 45 minutes, I had SOLE custody of BOTH children since their birth - as the father of the youngest a) didn’t want the child b) was convicted of domestic abuse battery on more than one occasion and had his appeal denied (once when I was pregnant, other times in front of the minor child). Despite this evidence, already proven beyond a reasonable doubt by the criminal court standards, Kristen Luscher refused to acknowledge nor include any such evidence, convictions, denied appeals or transcripts in her findings or report. She preferred to play judge, attorneys, jury, and appeals court herself - entering hearsay into evidence via her report - where she held telephone interviews so careless that she did not even authenticate the actual name of the person, much less the relationship and whether or not one in fact existed, of the person she was speaking to. She has a reputation of being a “male biased” evaluator, but- make no mistake - she is with who has the title (phd, DDS, M.D., owner) and pockets - and especially political connections. Despite one of her unauthenticated “phone witnesses” having a criminal file inches thick and police reports against him for things such as impersonating a police officer, and, despite providing dr Luscher With copies of his threats to myself that he would “happily become involved in my custody case... which just took a turn for the worse”, Dr. Luscher refused to acknowledge nor include such evidence in her findings and report - citing this individual and his corroborated hearsay as factual and using it heavily against me. Dr Luscher ignored preparation for her session such as packed snacks, activities and clothing I brought for my children and how I positively interacted with them and allowed them to engage with each other (I am a degreed and licensed school teacher, after all) and completely twisted things that happened or were said, at some points, Blatanltly lying. Witnesses reported her “putting words in their mouths “ via how she was questioning them (for example: “did you see the child with no clothes on? Ever in just a diaper?” Then, the unknowing witness would respond that of course sometimes this happened around the house as they were messy toddlers— Dr. Luscher whipped this into her report as “several witnesses claimed the child was dirty and messy and often unclothed”. Beware. Advise your people and yourself to Carry an additional phone or recording device. She will LIE and claim things were said that were not. She will add tone to things you do say and claim you are saying them only to her benefit. This lady took sole custody away from a single mother of a 9 year old and 3 year old. A licensed and degreed school teacher with no criminal record and even driving record, no drugs, no arrest, no substance abuse, no ongoing CPS case— and she Gave sole custody to Lebanese doctor convicted of domestic abuse battery and arrested on many more with open cases of abuse and neglect against him on the child. Record. Her. At. All. Times. Phone calls and in session and advise those who speak to her on your behalf to do the same. It has been over two years since I have seen or spoken to my precious child. All as a result of her cruel and intentional manipulations and negligence. Intentional negligence. I believe this woman has a hate toward Females as a result of her own divorce/ fidelity issues with her previous husband. She is letting it through In her evaluations and it shows."
