"I cannot say enough about this urgent care. They are always so helpful, willing to go above and beyond. Dr Williams is one of my all time favorite doctors. Very knowledgeable, kind and really takes his time with each patient. Janelle at the front desk is the most efficient person I’ve ever encountered at any urgent care I’ve been to and truly went about and beyond to help me. She was not only friendly but took the time to stop what she was doing and assist me in finding a resolution to my concern. If you ever are in need of exceptional care…this is the place to go! "I brought my husband to this facility for sinus congestion. Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the window to take a record. He was left sitting in a room in the back for a long time. The Doctor who saw him was rude, and was more interested in eating lunch then caring for patients. Never go to this facility."
"It was closing time in 12/23/23 and I felt terrible. I got there 15 minutes before they closed and they were ALL so nice to me. I was COVID positive and felt horrible and they were so kind and professional. AMAZING GROUP OF PEOPLE!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!"

"This place is trash tbh, I'm not joking when I say this, u will be better going to a witch Dr in the French quarter. This place sucks, u pretty much pay 150.00 just to get a script of antibiotics for some unknown ailment that you think you have then afterwards pray to God they work, the nurse practitioner ( AKA ) useless quack will see u for less then 5 mins after waiting 1 hr and give u zero information then tell u that u better goto the ER, total waste and a joke, no care and staff has an attitude problem, screw this place. Typical oscher garbage what else would you expect from that parasite corporation of death."
