"This place is the worst! The NP that are hired is not interested in ppl! I had an appt wit Ms Johnson 2 times and she was not helpful.I went to ask was i experiencing Menapause and to check my Estrogen levels! She told me to tell her the symptoms and then stated yes it’s Menapause! Didn’t give me no brochures or anything on Menapause or what to expect! She also stated it didn’t make sense to the the Estrogen levels! And stated I get off at 4:30 Smh! I’ve also had experience with Devin! She also brush you off and is not interested in patients! Not sure if this review will help because they are both still there!!!"

"Quite satisfied here. Thorough care. compassion. and empathy. I got primary care and also psychotherapy. As always, there are pros and cons of getting healthcare from a network of clinics. It could be better, and there are times I definitely lament that. Everything from priority scheduling to the availability of services is enhanced by a one-stop shop (with the benefit of internalized record-keeping). Care near my home, plus specialists who I'm referred to quickly and reliably, is doctor-driven, effective, and honestly a true relief for me. And I never fear that I'll forget an appt. (phoned reminders benefit both the clinic and me!) or be charged for services I didn't receive; that nonsense has been a barrier to proper healthcare and caused resentment, and can foster a sense powerlessness in paying customers -- unheard-of in most other professions."

"The nurse practitioner I saw (Devin Turvy) was completely ignorant and I left so much worse off. I'm back at 0 trying to figure out how to get proper care. Its very clear that this is a person just trying to get experience working at whatever job would hire her. Completely out of touch and lacking knowledge. She didn't know enough about anything to even ask questions to better assess my situation. She rushed through everything and then complained about only having 20 mins a session. As if I wasn't there 20 minutes early, and her 15 mins late. The facility itself is very clean. All of the nurses, front desk people, and scheduling were awesome. Everyone there treated me like a human being until I was seen by Devin. I really was hoping this was going to be a good facility for low income people, but its just another place with ignorant nurse practicioners playing "doctor.""

"Clinic is conveniently located with adequate parking. Reception is polite and professional which is all I require. Flexible scheduling. Facilty waiting area and restroom are clean and spacious. Specialized Medical staff is EXCELLENT. Short wait from arrival to service (that alone is worth 5 stars.) Medical services were never rushed or mechanical."
