"Tried to make an appointment while working through a list of checkups for an organ transplant. The receptionist told me that some appointments were available in a couple of weeks, but Dr. Rose refused to schedule one with me, apparently because she didn't want to bother with transferring my records to my transplant hospital. Only consider this place if you don't have medical issues. (Ironic, no?) I simply needed a doctor to order a blood panel and a pelvic ultrasound and transfer those records to my transplant hospital. That was it. My need for an organ transplant shouldn’t prevent me from accessing medical care at a small, hands-on facility rather than a major hospital system, if that is my desire. Dr. Rose describes me as “this person” in her response to my review, and although it is true that I am, in fact, a person, her use of the phrase feels somehow dehumanizing, as did her dismissals of my request for care."
"Dr. Rose is amazing. When I went to other doctors in the past, my visit was usually at least half an hour in the waiting room, five minutes with a nurse getting my vitals, and five minutes tops with the doctor before being booted out the door. With Dr. Rose, there's barely any wait and 95% of the half an hour I'm there is spent with her. She's the first doctor I've ever had that I feel actually listens to me and sees me as a person, not just a patient. She always wants to help, and if she doesn't have the answer to a question, she will research it until she does instead of just sending you off to someone else. I've referred all my friends to her, and most of them are now her patients. If you're looking for a doctor that actually cares about your well-being, I can't recommend her highly enough."
"Dr. Rose is great, I have been a patient of hers for seven years and she is so caring and kind. Dr. Rose takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and really understands me on an individual basis. I recommend her to anyone who doesn’t want to be just another patient.
