"Super short wait time, and the doctor was great. He was very laid back so I felt more comfortable and I was able to get what I needed done without any runaround. I definitely recommend going to this Urgent Care"
"Awful. I went in with a bad sinus/respiratory infection, I knew it was that because I was sick like that before. But the doctor didn’t want to treat me because they thought I had Covid. They tested me for Covid and everything else and it all turned out negative. So it was an exactly what I thought it was. I would have done better just going to Walgreens and getting over the counter medication. The doctor didn’t want to listen to the patient and had their mind already made up before entering the room. I would leave less than a zero if I could. Don’t go here, go elsewhere."
"The PA didn’t listen. The person who swabbed my kids throat didn’t even really touch it. My daughter had strep two days before Christmas. We knew it was strep because she often gets it. I understand that the test came back negative but the test was a joke. They didn’t touch her throat. We even complained while there and they did nothing. Of course she tested positive somewhere else but this visit cost me $225 for nothing"
"This was my first visit to an urgent care facility, and I couldn't be more impressed! The intake desk was professional and personable and staffed with a bilingual (Spanish) person. The medical staff was likewise competent and responsive to patient needs. The facility was clean, bright, and well arranged. I will recommend The Urgent Care to anyone."
"They are extremely respectful. Extremely nonjudgmental about medical history. Helped me maintain my vigilance to my recovery while still receiving monumental care. I went in yesterday for an Acute Sinus Infection and left with medication that has nearly eliminated my illness. Definitely a place I would return in the future god forbid I needed to.
