"I had to bring my 3yo son in to be seen for what was diagnosed as hand, foot mouth disease. Normally we would see his pediatrician but with another spike with the covid-19 delta variant we could not get appointment for two days. From the the check in, the nurse who took vitals and Time spent with Dr. Rugile I am very pleased. The office was full but out of respect for others patients were asked to wait outside in our car and when it was our turn I received a phone call asking us to come in. We were guided back through the lobby, shown where restrooms were located and taken to our room. The entire office was immaculately clean. The nurse was gentle with my son and showed concern on making sure he was comfortable as much as possible while being in a very uncomfortable situation. Dr Rugile then followed and assessed and made his diagnoses. He was thorough friendly and answered ALL of my questions even the ones not necessarily pertaining to the current condition. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes which if have ever been to an urgent care can take HOURS and with a sick little one hours can feel like days. Bravo!"

"I bought my son in to urgent care for an Ear ache, turns out He was positive for Covid! sure his eardrum was “angry “ but it did not present as a normal ear infection. Had Dr. Rugile not taken the time to ask further questions, really listen and use his expertise in judgment we would have walked out of there with antibiotics for an ear infection. Instead he offered what he thought, I decided to move forward with the test and just as he suspected, positive for Covid. I want to say thank you to Dr Rugile again and to the staff, to you all a huge thank you. Great catch Dr.Rugile!!"

"Absolutely amazing bedside manner! He explained things in such a way that anyone could understand. He reassured us our child was okay while still educating us on symptoms to be cautious of. He offered natural remedies as a FIRST option but also backed it with a prescription not to be used unless truly needed. So thankful he was our doctor that day!! We need more primary care providers that are as compassionate as he is! Thank you Dr. Rugile! You are AWESOME!"
