"The IMAX theater here has the most uncomfortable seats I’ve ever sat in for a movie. Why not upgrade the seats to something more comfortable, even if it’s not recliners? Terrible for a 3 hour movie!"
"Great experience! The theater was really nice and comfortable. I will definitely go back."
"Too expensive for our negative experience today. $26 for a matinee for 2 people. Disappointed that the seats weren’t reclining in the imax theatre, but that was my fault for not verifying. Would have been nice for a 2 1/2 hour movie. 10 minutes after the movie was supposed to start, the theatre was still silent. We were the only ones there, so I had to go ask them to start the movie. The theatre was FREEZING. Walking into the theatre, it was 66 degrees outside. I was just fine in my jeans and T-shirt. Luckily I brought a hoodie into the theatre, but it was so cold that even this wasn’t enough. During the movie, I went and found a worker in the lobby. He radioed for someone to turn the heat on. I really don’t think anyone ever did. By the end of the movie, I couldn’t even feel my toes. My nose was so cold and red. It was absolutely miserable. I would have left the theatre early, but we had really been looking forward to seeing it. As we were leaving the theatre, I told the workers at the ticket counter about the temperature. They didn’t know anything about the complaint. They just said “sorry, thanks for letting us know,” and then we left. It was a disappointing experience for sure."
"Friendly service! Empty theatre. I really felt unsafe until a few more people were seated around us. Just a suggestion, but maybe have someone just check the theaters where one or two people are watching a movie just to make sure all is well… just a thought!"
"Ok as far as theaters go… popcorn not as fresh as it use to be and the pretzel nuggets are not good at all. Seating is basically the same as other places."
