"Unless you're dealing with the registered nurse named Brooke, who blatantly lied to me about a screening/test that she claimed is NOT DONE at Ochnser Medical center in Laplace (but I have had done there before, the results of which are in my MyOchsner chart) then I would say that this clinic has excellent service. The staff and employees made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Absolutely wonderful clinic. Clean, friendly, and caring. I asked Brooke if she could speak to a doctor to see if she/he would make a different determination for me and Brooke's response was "If you feel like you need to see an ER doctor you can come in." Just horrific patient service and a complete lack of care. Bear in mind that there are extraordinarily kind clinicians who work there - like Dr. Shih and many others. I THANK them sincerely; but the team working today, Friday May 12 between the hours of 4 and 5 am are show absolutely now care for their job or the folks trying (like myself) to be their patients."

"The staff members are very friendly and courteous. The facility is very clean. I was impressed seeing the presence of a security guard on the premises. I LOVE the fact that the wait time for medical testing is brief. My only concern is that the temperature is super cold in the facility. I appreciate having this medical facility in our community especially due to the fact that we don’t have a fully operational hospital nearby."

"The employees were extremely helpful & professional. The young lady doing my ultrasound explained everything as she was doing it and assured I was comfortable at all times. The Phlebotomists were very helpful as I wanted to know if there was a specific blood test that could be done. She wasn't sure of the answer but she went and checked with Dr Bailey to be sure and he ordered the additional test. I felt like each and every employee was fully invested in my health care & I was their most important patient at that moment! They are all to be commended for their professionalism and the personal responsibility they each took to assure my comfort and care."

"All of the staff members were pleasant, understanding and ready to help with my medical issue. They showed such care and went above and beyond in getting me comfortable fast. The check-in lady knew I was in pain and she was helpful, the triage nurses were knowledgeable in the questions they asked, the nurse in my room was able to get my vein which is not easy, the CT Scan Technician was on point and Dr. Tucker explained everything to me and was patient enough to allow me to ask questions myself. My visit was amazing. I left there feeling so much better and I am so thankful to all of them. Thank you to the entire team."
