"PAIN BECAME WORSE WITH PURDY. Was recommended to Dr. Purdy for ankle pain & was given insoles. After using the insoles as instructed, then the arch area started to swell and become farrrr more painful than the ankle pain that I had to begin with (arch pain was so bad that the ankle pain seemed like nothing, found out it was FROM the custom insoles Purdy prescribed). I asked for a follow up appointment for the pain, found out they forgot to prescribe pain gel on my first visit, finally got the gel months later and it did partially help, but pain levels still kept getting worse with time, literally unbearable to stand. Although Purdy is always smiling, he treats you and everything sort of carelessly, and his staff reflects that. The woman at the front desk had me standing at the checkout counter for an additional 3-4 minutes while she finishes translating her food order to the Mexican restaurant next door, and ironically rushes you out the door any other time. Overall just as run down as the parking lot they’re located in. I’m asking for another doctor ASAP, I need relief and Purdy didn’t provide ANY."
