"Very poor phone service. Was speaking to someone then left on hold for ten minutes, the person to pick up the second time just could not seem to understand my questions or really anything i was saying, felt like i was trying to ask a toddler a question.."

"They were very helpful and caring from the moment I arrived …. From the receptionist to the nurse to the NP that treated me. The nurse helped me walk to the room because I was so weak. I felt much better by the next day. Thank you all so much for helping me the way that y’all all did as a team."

"My daughter is a complicated patient. We're always nervous seeing a new doctor. Most are either too afraid to treat her or they don't understand her conditions and aren't willing to learn. Trina took the time to listen to our concerns. She addressed them all and treated her immediately. The staff were all so knowledgeable and friendly. The nurse went above and beyond. I am so grateful. I'm awful with names, but I will get it when we go back. Anyway, Thanks to you all!"

"Only giving one star because of the front desk staff! NP Joel Stern is AMAZING! He takes the time to actually listen and makes you part of your treatment plan. The front desk staff however needs to learn how to deal with the public, especially people who are sick or in pain. They have no personality at all! They are rude in the phone and in person. I’d rather deal with the nurse through MyChart than have to call there and talk to Darby on the phone and feel like I’m taking her away from her cellphone"

"The only reason I'm giving it a 4 is because one of the nurse aids was really rude, I went in there today sick and she made it seem like me being sick was an inconvenience to her or a sin in some way. Every other person at Trina's office is nice, I will be asking for someone else next time if I get this nurse aid because next time I might be feeling better and I might just say something I might regret later. This lady made it seem like in my 31 years of living I don't know what's good for me, I told her I drank some water she snapped at me and said oh you need more then 1 glass of water. No duh I already know. I was so out of it I balled up the tissue she wanted me to wipe my nose with and she snapped at me because of that also, she was like I know so sit still and be quiet. Like I pay $40 to go see people in person, I might just think twice next time before going to this office, I get free checkups with mdlive but I chose to give them my money instead. This lady with the way she was acting is highly unprofessional and rude."
