"Had an issue with a claim. Tried calling the hospital and unable to get through to anyone. Phone kept disconnecting. Finally called Ochsner customer service. After 1.5 hours of being transferred to different departments and talking with multiple people, my question was answered. I won't use St. Martin Hospital again because of the terrible customer service."
"I will die before I go back to this hospital. I received and paid in full my bill, now 3 months later I am receiving another bill for 1/2 the amount I have already made. They are in the business of stealing money not health care."
