"I go to this store almost everyday. love the workers. especially the dark skinned male who wears glasses. he always checks to see if i need help with anything and even when i accidentally spilled an entire cup of soda, he didn’t get mad and was just happy that i helped him clean it up. amazing service"

"I purchase some a half gallon milk and unfortunately the milk was sour. I spoke with ivory the cashier about it all and was told I can bring it back tonight to switch it out which isn’t possible for me because I live about 20 mins away. Ivory was ask to leave a message for the manager and I was told it wasn’t possible to do so. This is not acceptable. This needs to be addressed immediately"

"The blue hair store manager is very rude! No customer service skills what so ever. Can't believe such company promoted this person into management. I walked up register to check out my sip & save coffee. She ignored me for awhile. Said nothing. Not even a greeting. She then told me to go to the other register. Still said nothing for a few mins. I'm in hurry to go to work since it's in the morning. I politely told her mam. I'm in hurry. She gave me a dirty look. Said "ok I'm trying to scan for you". So I told her. Well I wouldn't know since you're saying nothing. She gave me another dirty look. Scan an empty coffee cup then walked away for me to put in my phone#. Horrible customer service. I literally get as there all the time. 3 times to 5 times a week and paying for a subscription and this is how I'm being treated. Also this is not the first time . I have enough to come leave this review. Although being she's a store manager. You guys are probably going to look the other way and ignore this issue just like your employees do."
