"My experience was amazing. The girl at the check in counter was very nice and very respectful. Helped me with getting my insurance card emailed to her because it was on an app. The facility was very clean and they were quick getting me back. The nurse practitioner was very friendly and explained everything without being confusing. I highly recommend going there if you need an urgent appointment that’s not an emergency situation!"

"I felt completely dismissed of my primary complaint and told to simply see my normal physician after one test came back “clear”. But upon further examination, after leaving my test did not come back completely “clear” per the online charts. After reviewing the test results with a family medical professional they were able to help figure out what may be going on and I will see my normal doctor.This is not the first time this same PA has been dismissive and saying there is nothing that can be done. This is the last time I will go to this walk-in -it was a waste of money and time."

"I want to start by saying they do have a some staff members that make me feel like they actually want to help me and care. However, I went on Sunday morning due to an allergic reaction which quickly turned into anaphylactic shock… let me just say these people are unfriendly and made me feel a thousand times worse. As I’m sitting there with a swollen face, hives all over my body and trying to get a breath in, the nurse is telling me I need to sit up and tell her what’s wrong. I actually thought I was going to run out of oxygen and die in that chair because she was more worried about me telling her what was wrong whenever my boyfriend was right there telling her exactly what was wrong. I would’ve definitely told her myself but considering I couldn’t breathe and my eyes were practically swollen shut it was a little hard to get words out. Not to mention the fact that instead of comforting me and reassuring me that it was going to be okay, she asked me why I went there instead of Breaux bridge hospital… I have never experienced an allergic reaction like that so I wasn’t sure what to do I just went to the nearest medical clinic. I’ve been going to Lourdes since I was a child but after this I will never go back. Thank you for reading."
