"I just want to start this off by saying that I am speaking on behalf of my wife, which can not tell a lie (yes, I’m talking to the secretary). She claims the actual dentist and hygienist were great. Good people and professional service. The reason I wouldn’t rate this place higher is because of the (black) secretary. She was incredibly rude to my wife. The lady on the phone said she could walk in between 11-11:30 (which I heard on the phone too) and she arrived then. The lady gave her an attitude and said “come back at 12”. After asking if she could wait until then the lady said “I mean you can if you want to, but they won’t take you until after 1” with a sour attitude. After going to the back, the dentist asked about her day and in response to the question, my wife said “I’ve been waiting all day” (they didn’t see her until a few hours after 12). The dentist then walked out the room after a little more chatting and the black secretary walks into the room and starts verbally assaulting my wife, claiming she was lying about how long she had been waiting and using foul language. Shortly after, she left the room as the dentist was walking in, and the dentist dismissed the incredibly unprofessional altercation. This should never happen in a business. Let alone a place where you go for medical treatment. After hearing about that, from my knowledge, she should be FIRED! There is no place for that in the medical field. Get a new secretary. You have a bad apple."

"Doctor Kimberly Allen is amazing. Was very nice, and extremely helpful. You can tell that the doctors and nurses care about people. However, the secretaries show very poor customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. My wife and I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, and consider that they may be having a rough day, but every experience is basically the same when it comes to their customer service."

"I have been using Iberia comprehensive for over 10 years. Dr. Ramsey is one of the friendliest and most compassionate providers I have ever seen. He is always thorough and does not try to rush through his patients appointments. He actually takes the time to explain options and answer any questions I may have. I also see Jonathan on the mental health side. His nurse, Gisette, (sorry if I am misspelling her name) always goes above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable. The place just wouldn't be the same without her. She is soft-spoken, laid back, and extremely friendly. She is the perfect fit for a patient with anxiety. I can't say enough good things about her. Most of the ladies at the desk are rude, blunt and cold but Nicole is very friendly and efficient. She always returns my calls quickly and finds a way to work with my schedule for my appointments. Melanie is also helpful, attentive and professional."
