"I scheduled an appointment because I was feeling pain in my traps that was also causing neck pain as well as a pain deep in my inner shoulder blade. After giving John some more information, he began his evaluation. He recommended some dry needling for my traps, a soft tissue massage, and another exercise for my shoulder blade. He then showed me some exercises I could do at home and at work to strengthen the areas to keep my pain away. In about an hour and 15 minutes, I was leaving Onward pain free with a plan to improve my body. I will be returning to Onward to see John Broussard for follow ups and future aches and pains."
