We offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to treat depression, anxiety-related disorders, and mood disorders. Our therapists are skilled in resolving traumatic experiences using techniques such as Eye Movement & Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Narrative Exposure Therapy, and Cognitive Reprocessing Therapy.
Short-term Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) is available for clients looking to address short to mid-term goals within 6-12 sessions. Non-directive play therapy is also offered as an effective treatment for children, adolescents, and adults to address mental health conditions. Our goal is to help you feel in control of your life and become your best self.
