"Tried to see a behavioral therapist and sat down for a 30 minute assessment of my mental health, only to be referred to another clinic virtually. They kept no record of the assessment and dropped my appointment without any notification (email, phone or patient portal). Don't even get me started on the HORRIBLE nightmare that is their dental program. Avoid at all costs if you value your health, time, and sanity."

"Dr Elizabeth seen me. I arrived 2 hours early did my new patient papers and was seen on time. Did full scans on my chest everything was clear. Very descriptive and knowledgeable in understanding a patients worries. I'll be going in for blood work at my own time as to not rule out anything just yet on my heart. Until then she signed me a prescription for what was diagnosed and it was filled fast"

"Went for a dental cleaning and was told after waiting for almost an hour past my appointment time (and I arrived early) that they don't do cleanings for new patients. No one was at the desk and we sat waiting only to be approached by a lady who looked confused that we were even there. Finally was brought back, I had x-rays done, and was told I needed a root canal, crown, cavity fillings and skin graft for gum recession. They referred me elsewhere. Dentist said she would prescribe me pain medicine, but none of it was called in. This was not an issue with my pharmacist. Then she went on vacation for a month and I was unable to get any of my medicine. Called the office every day multiple times for a week, left messages, and finally got someome on the phone. They said "their hands were tied because they couldn't sign off on anything since the Dentist was the only one authorized to do so", yet she would be gone for over a month. So I spent all of Christmas break in severe pain and was unable to contact anyone, at either location. I tried to schedule a cleaning AGAIN (I was told the first appointment would be the cleaning) and the earliest available they had was four months later. Avoid this place at all costs, total scam and completely negligble with their care and "practice," which is more like malpractice. Can't stress this enough, DO NOT GO HERE"

"Mrs Becky is the worst provider that rkm has.Frist of your very rude your bed side manner is horrible you don't hear what your patients have to say.You prescribe meds that your patients don't need or have a reaction to you don't care about your patients at all.. When you give a patient meds your supposed to explain how to use it especially if its diabetic meds shots.. Horrible.Just for your information if someone is not your patient do not recommend treatment for them ..I am a wife of one of your patients and I am beginning to wonder if you really passed your board exaime.Also you should not agruge with your nurse in front of year fro .nt desk get it together and know your appointments.. unreal rude .."

"At the beginning of 2023 my previous feeling fell out of my tooth. I went to RKM primary care to have it fixed. Unfortunately a few months later, it fell out again. They re-charge my insurance to re-fix it. While in the dentist office, the dentist decided to shave down both of my front teeth, then refill them with filler. I did not ask for this he told me he would clean up my teeth to get smokes things off. And now I am walking around with a half of a tooth, and both of my front teeth are starting to fall out.. after calling and complaining and telling the stuff I will go to the medical board. They told me that they would re-fix my tooth for free no charge. So I drove the hour to Livingston for my appointment to get my tooth re-fixed. When I came into the office they told me that unfortunately now they cannot provide free service to me, but they could give me recommendations to go somewhere else to have my tooth fixed out of pocket since insurance will not pay for it for the third time. Now I’m left with half of a tooth and hopefully I get the money to fix them before both of my front teeth fall out from him, shaving them down. If you look closely at my two front teeth, you can tell."
