"Condescending and unprofessional. During my appointment here, the mid-level provider that saw me presented herself with an ill-mannered approach and did nothing to assist me. It felt as if when I spoke to her she would pass a look of judgment — which I will play devil’s advocate and assume she may not know the face that she dons when she speaks to people. In my perspective it appeared as if she didn’t care for my situation and cared more about being domineering. I’m a very understanding person and rarely write bad reviews for anything, especially healthcare workers — because as a fellow healthcare worker I understand the stress and frustration that accompanies long work days and caring for multiple patients; however, this felt necessary. A previous primary care physician (Not my choice to look for a new one) took the necessary steps to ensure that my quality of life was improved so that I could feel normal, and she was a strong patient advocate. This FNP did not present herself with those nursing qualities, which in nursing school is a fundamental principle of healthcare. The reason this review gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because the front desk receptionist who answered the phone when I called to schedule my appointment was very helpful and kind; this was the only redeeming quality I ascertained. I do not plan on returning here, and I advise anyone else against it."

"Been going to this wonderful place for 4 years now. I have several medical issues. Nurse Practicer, Mrs Elizabeth is very good at her job. She listens to my concerns. She is compassionate and respectful. The office staff are very friendly & greets you by name. It's a very warm environment. I just started seeing Dr Robin for my mental health needs. We clicked right away. She has a way of putting you at ease with a welcoming attitude. Very easy to talk to & express your feelings openly. Without feeling awkward. That is so reassuring when you trying to express your deepest thoughts. I recommend them to any age person"

The lady in the front her name is Crystal is very friendly. I was a little nervous about seeing a new Dr, she manage to make me feel comfortable. I would and have recommended other people here . ..The service is fast. Very clean facility, THANK YOU!!"
