"BEST CLINIC VISIT EVER! I am suffering from a jaw infection and they saw me, treated me and even set up a primary care physician referral (which I desperately needed!) all in less than 30 minutes. Especially helpful was the front desk manager who went above and beyond to print out a list of local dentists who accepted my insurance!! I have never experienced that at a clinic. Just amazing! Hopefully I don't need to go back anytime soon but, if I do I'll be more than happy lol."
"The experience I had at the Urgent Care Clinic was wonderful. The provider informed me that what I needed done could only be done on certain days at the clinic as it was procedural so he gave me HIS schedule at the clinic and told me to come back and personally ask for him and he would get me all taken care of. He made me comfortable and made sure I felt no pain and made me laugh and let my visitor come back with me to ease my anxiety and my wait time was even short in the lobby. Could not ask for better staff , providers, and management!"
"Website says open until 9pm. I called and they said 830 pm. My college son was on the way and maps took him to another entrance. I called them and told them he would be there right before 830. He was walking up at exactly 829-830 and they saw him and locked the doors. My son called me at exactly at 830 ( per my phone record) and told me. I called them and they could have cared less. I’m a nurse and there is no way I would have locked the doors as someone was walking up right at 830pm. May have even been 829 because my son called me at 830. This is not how healthcare workers should treat others!!"
"The hours on the door are in inaccurate, showed up at 845 was told they closed at 830 even though hours on door clearly state they are open until 9pm. I drove 45 minutes to get here I am quite upset."
