"Was scheduled to see Dr. Bolgiano. Worst experience of my life. She did not listen to me at all. Told me I was just there to meet and greet her and that's it. Did not hear what my symptoms are. Cut me off when I tried to talk. Cut me off when I tried to explain what my specialist told me I needed to speak with her about. Would not hear me at all. I left in tears. I've had severe back pain for months and have waited literally 30 days for this appointment for her to tell me she's not addressing it today and scheduled me 8 weeks out. I have never felt more unheard and unseen in my life. Would not recommend her to my enemy."

"If it were possible, I would give ZERO STARS to Dr. Mier, her nurse Tracy and Crystal, who claimed she was the "office manager". When Dr. Mier was part of the Lourdes Group of physicians, she was a kind, compassionate and caring physician. Now that she and her fellow physicians separated from the Lourdes Group, COMPASSION flew right out of the window!!!! Patient care of Dr. Miers established patients was delegated to Hollie Touchet, nurse practitioner and Dr. Mier did NOT see my Mother(who has MULTIPLE health issues) in over a year. Ms. Touchet is a great NP, don't get me wrong, but when an office is billing Medicare AND a secondary insurance and getting paid 100% paid, you EXPECT Dr. Mier to at least "peek into" the exam room and address my Mother's existence. As for Dr. Miers nurse, Tracy, let me say I've NEVER, EVER had a worse experience with an office nurse in ALL of my 6 decades of life!!!! When my Mother was discharged from the hospital on December 30, 2023, I had to wait until January 2, 2024 in the AFTERNOON before I could get a call back concerning my Mother's discharge and needing home physical therapy and home nurse care, only to be told by Tracy that I needed to bring my Mother into"the office to be assessed" before Dr. Mier would write the order for PT and home nursing help. My Mother had just had, THAT DAY, a lung biopsy to diagnose a possible lung cancer and I could NOT bodily pick up my Mother and bring her to the office!!! Tracy told me if she couldn't come to the office to be seen, no outpatient orders for PT and home nurse...PERIOD!!!! I told her the ONLY way I could get my Mother to the office was in an ambulance and she replied, "then it sounds like your Mom needs to be in a nursing home."I told Tracy that THAT WAS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN and the next morning I called my Mother's cardiologist and he called and spoke to Dr. Mier and in 20 minutes a Home Health agency was calling my cell to schedule both nurse and PT visits!!!! Amazing, huh??? Oh, and let me mention, my Mother WAS diagnosed with lung cancer on January 18th...the same day she received a certified letter from Dr. Miers office DISMISSING her as a patient from the Internal Medicine group!!!! WOW!!!! No worries, though...we had ALREADY secured a brand new Primary Care Physician and were planning to DUMP Dr. Mier and her UNCOMPASSIONATE nurse, Tracy!!!! They just beat us to the "punch"!!! If you are looking for an Internal Medicine physician, don't WASTE your time with Dr. Mier and her group, look toward the Lourdes Internal Medicine group....a group of physicians that REMEMBER their Hippocratic Oath...."DO NO HARM"!!!! You won't be sorry with your decision, I promise you!!!! Farewell, Hollie Touchet, nurse practitioner....you were the ONLY REASON my Mother stayed with this group as long as she did!!!!!"

"If I could give zero stars I would Dr. Victoria Bolgiano would not give my spouse the life saving blood pressure medication she prescribed until another appointment was scheduled and paid for even though she prescribed it two months before…. HEALTHCARE SEEKERS BEWARE!!"

"I went to see Dr. Bolgiano for an annual wellness checkup. During the appointment we discussed my bloodwork, which is the whole point of a wellness visit. There were some items that flagged as abnormal, which her recommended treatment was to diet and exercise. There was no further exam done that day regarding the bloodwork, no research done, nothing. Diet and exercise was the recommendation. A few months later I received a bill because part of my appointment was considered “outside of the normal wellness checkup”. So because I was advised to diet and exercise from the results of my bloodwork, my insurance was charged additional codes, which created a bill for me. Absolutely ridiculous. I guess it is only considered a true “wellness visit” if your bloodwork is 100% perfect, you ask no questions to the doctor, and the doctor doesn’t talk to you about your results if there is a problem. She did 95% of the talking, but somehow I ended up with a bill for services “outside of the wellness visit”. This visit was clearly all about money and seeing what they can get from the insurance company. It’s a shame, honestly."

"From arrival to departure, everyone is kind, caring and goes out of their way to make your visit as pleasant as possible! Dr. Mier goes above and beyond. She sits down with me at every visit and takes the time to actually listen to my concerns. I feel a part of my care team, not just the patient being cared for. For same day issues, the Nurse Practitioners in Clinic are great! I sincerely appreciate the care I receive from everyone at LIMC!"
