"This has been the LOONGEST experience of my life. I wish I had known this before choosing to come here. Honestly, I chose it because it seemed convenient, and it has been anything but. You should know that the dr. only comes twice a week and requires many follow ups before giving you the prescription. I understand and appreciate that he likes to be thorough, and he’s a nice guy, but I have taken my children out of school 3 times now and I still don’t have one of the prescriptions. This seems needlessly complicated. Additionally, I didn’t get any info to be able to order glasses, only the contacts. When they ordered the contacts, one of them never came in, so I called to check in and we found out that the order had not been put in correctly so the contacts company couldn’t ship them, but no one fixed the order or let me know, and when asked, they just would not take any responsibility for the error “there is no way we could have known, it’s not our fault”. This is silly. I tried to get a refund so I could order elsewhere, but they won’t refund over the phone. I just am baffled by what a ridiculous process this has been. I want to add that I think everyone that works there is very pleasant, I am just overwhelmed by the length of this process. It has been over 2 months since we started this, and there is no end in sight as the sole dr. Is out for personal reasons and there is no one to help step in."

"Update, I was going through Louisiana September 27 and made a side trip to see Jennifer at Denham Springs Vision Center. She helped me pick out frames that fit my face. She put a rush on my glasses so they were ready when I cam back through the following Monday. Thank You I was visiting and went into the Denham Springs, LA Vision Center. Jennifer provided excellent assistance with adjusting my glasses. Thank You!"

"Rowena is the best! Very patient and knowledgeable, knew exactly what needed and wanted. I have always had a hard time finding the right frames because I'm adult with a very petite face, and I don't want a child's frame! She fitted me with a petite frame for women! So glad of the selection Walmart carries. It only took about 5 minutes to find the right frame, usually it takes me an hour to find a pair to settle on. Also Rowena took her time to make sure I got the best deal! Will recommend her to everyone!"
